Just to share with you the information and show the answers from the site I have mentioned before I am posting the message below. I would like you read what is happening. Unfortunatelly it seems that things will not finished yet.
I think, posting these events in a site like CGSociety is something important, especially for other artists that sometimes don't even have time to know what is happening to their images and jobs.
We very often are working so hard doing our jobs and images that we don't know what other people are doing with our images.
I think this is not fair.

I think, you did not understand me, you are not authorized to use the copyrighted images or Cris de Lara's images as option to order them or pricing them to your clients . I have already e-mailed my clients about your site. They will be very "glad" about their images available in your painting gallery museum area.

If you wish to show Cris de Lara's images in you museum area you should have e-mailed us or me, asking for permission frist and then post the images with their respective credits and copyrights from us or their owners.

Art as well as the images, I think, are availble to be appreciated, but this shold be done with respect and ethic to the artist and to the owners.

I still insist that you should stop doing what you are doing or..... do it the right way. Put the images with the credits and copyright and not to be ordered or priced to your clients.

Anyway, I think the best you can do is take Cris de Lara off your site.

You very soon will be contacted by the images owners.

copyrighted for some of my clients..... I think, I don't need to prove
nothing to you.

Anyway, thanks for your attention. My clients will be very glad to
cooperate with you too. I can see you and your site are a "reliable

I was checking some sites on the Internet and I was surprised with this "criminal" site that is selling my copyrighted images and uses my name as if I were one of their artists.

If I am not wrong there are other artists from CGSociety.org listed there as well as from DeviantArt .

I don't know if some of you belong to their "cast of artists" but considering what they are doing with my images I guess they are doing the same with some of your images.

This is unbelievable.... how can a painting gallery that tries to appear so serious for the viewers can do something like this to the artists.

In this site we can order some paintings and ask for price. They put some images available for pricing and ordering that belong to some of my clients. Clients that have paid for the images copyrighted them and allowed me to show them in my personal portfolio.

This is really unbelievable.

I sent an e-mail to them and they answered me that they are not doing anything wrong and I have to prove that I have the copyright of my own images (hahahaha, this is a joke). I will just wait for other answers and I will post their answers for you to share this new to everybody.

Sorry for this sad news but I recommend you to check if some of your jobs are there.

Hi Everybody:

From now on I will be working in two new activities:

1) selling some of my images' prints. The prints are signed, dated and limited (with a edition's label on them). The available sizes are: 8" X 11" ; 11" x 17" ; 18" X 24" *.

* Not for all images. Just send me an e-mail to check the available sizes for the images you want.

If someone will be interested in my original pieces of art, just contact me to see if it is possible. Some of the originals are pencil on paper, but some images there will be also ink on paper or painting on paper or canvas (watercolor, colored pencil, pastel, oil).

2) I will be also available for commissions.
